Naruto,Minato Namikaze

Minato Namikaze (波 風 ミ ナ ト, Namikaze Minato?), Most often referred to by his fourth Hokage title (四 代 目 火影, Yondaime hokage?) Is a mangaNaruto character.
He is the ninja having the greatest responsibility, since like all kage, he is responsible for the security of his village. He was appointed by Hiruzen Sarutobi, the 3rd Hokage, to the detriment of Orochimaru. He was nicknamed the yellow lightning of Konoha because of his extraordinary speed of movement.
